Backbone acts as a Virtual IT Director and not only provides a help desk service and team of field engineers but works closely with their clients' management to advise them of how to enable systems to help deliver their overall strategy and drive productivity. Backbone Connect specialise in high performance Business Internet Access solutions for businesses across the UK and Europe. They don't work with domestic users so their network remains uncongested and optimised for business customers – that is optimised for data, WAN, VoIP and Video traffic.
