B&D Consulting provides technology solutions and integration services in the United States. It offers engineering, cloud computing, cyber-security and information assurance, program or project management, integration and testing, information management, mobility and unified communications, and integrated services and Commercial Solutions for Classified, an NSA-sponsored program that enables commercial components to be used to protect classified National Security Systems information. B&D Consulting serves federal clients, including the Department of Defense and army, as well as state clients. Jeff Bearden founded it in 2004, with its headquarters in Hagerstown in Maryland and an additional office in Columbia in Maryland.
