Axis Purchasing was founded on a simple premise. Busy foodservice operators don’t have the time and resources to efficiently procure food and supplies, leverage volumes with other foodservice users, and benchmark and stay abreast of continuous changes in markets and products. Axis found a way to handle those details for them while saving them money.
