Atlantic Valuation Consultants have been appraising c-stores throughout the Northeast since 1994. We are licensed in NH, ME, MA, VT, CT, NY, and NJ. About 250 – 300 appraisals come through our office each year. AVC also offers feasibility studies for proposed c-stores as well as business planning. We serve a variety of clients ranging from large oil companies, regional c-store operators, single-site operators, regional banks, local banks, and real estate investors.
