Asterino & Associates is a provider of physician billing and practice management services announced it has finalized a plan of merger with Phoenix based medical billing and EMR company Doctor Solutions, Inc, effective April 1, 2012. The combined company will be called Asterino & Associates, Inc. and will be based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
