ASTER is the consortium company of Emilia-Romagna for innovation and technology transfer at the service of companies, universities and the territory. Its members are the Emilia-Romagna Region, the Universities, the CNR Research Institutions, ENEA, INFN operating in the region and the Chamber system. It promotes industrial research as the main driver of sustainable economic development , in harmony with growth and social well-being and collaborates with business associations to develop strategies and joint actions between research and business .
