ASAC is a professional association with its own legal capacity, legally constituted and registered at IMAC of "The Department of Labour of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia". It is entitled to represent all its associates collectively before public administration in all those subjects that concern them. Both physical and legal persons whose jobs are in the production of service and goods specifically related to the integrated management of hydraulic resources can be members of the above-mentioned association. Additionally, anyone whose professional activity is directly related to the objectives of the association can also become a member.
