Aromatec Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company that aims to disrupt traditional production processes in the food & beverage industry. The company commercializes a new membrane technology developed at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, which provides a new option for food & beverage manufacturers for “cold concentration” of liquids. The technology allows for “cold” or gentle (taste, flavor, color, and nutrient preserving) concentration during food & beverage production. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), nutrients, and other temperature-sensitive components are retained in the concentrate while high concentration factors are being provided.
