​ We are a 501(c)3 exempt nonprofit Venture Development Organization (VDO) catalyzing disruptive innovation development in Arizona by helping companies leverage federal government organizations to grow commercial and government innovations. We help Federal Government Agencies with technology transfer activities to include finding innovative solutions to their hard problems by collaborating with Arizona small and startup businesses. We focus our efforts on identifying and coordinating the creation of disruptive technology by facilitating partnerships between Arizona Companies and the Federal Government to make new and useful technology real.
