To bridge the gap of software degrees and employability, Archi’s Academy provides traineeship opportunities to people. The uniqueness of the traineeship comes from the diversity and the application of both software and people! Trainers at Archi’s are sourced from five different countries to train our interns for a remote culture, hands-on experience and a blend of multicultural teamwork. This experience not only prepares them for the workforce of today but gears them for the future! Programs at Archi’s are free from the generic requirements. All that is needed is determination and a basic of software systems. Trainees are free to choose from project management, front and back-end development as well as product designing. A full four months extensive process ensures that our trainees develop communication skills along with the programming one because no idea works unless you do!
