Aratus was started by two brothers from Gaborone and strives to create a revolution and accelerate the world's transition to the cloud environment with a full range of increasingly affordable services. Aratus provides on-demand cloud computing to individuals, companies and governments. Aratus'​ mission is to meet the needs of individuals and companies regardless of size with a simplified and highly scalable cloud service. The founder of Aratus, Randall Newman shares the same mission as Aratus. He states that he wants to "disrupt the technology system to help build a connected world. Developing consumer-centered solutions and collaborating with industry leaders and professionals to encourage value-based products & services that makes the most of today’s innovation and technology.
