Appulse Corporation (“Appulse” or the “Corporation”) was incorporated April 24, 2001. The Corporation completed its initial public offering in November 2002 and was listed on the TSX Venture exchange. Appulse will continue to pursue expansion to its product base and geographic markets, in addition to pursuing a program of controlled acquisitions complimentary to current activities.
