Apps.co is an initiative designed by the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies (MinTIC) to promote and enhance the generation, creation and consolidation of digital enterprises; putting special interest in the development of web and mobile applications, software and digital content. The objective of the program is to close the gaps in the development of digital enterprises, through the offer of mentorship and support that meets their needs and those of digital entrepreneurs in Colombia
