The service is able to produce accurate estimates for market value of a residential property utilizing a proprietary AVM (Automatic Valuation Model) model. Although most AVMs calculate a property’s value by analyzing values of close or recent property transactions, appraisify processes available macro-economic and location based data to give the most accurate and realistic price estimation. The beta service initially covers Greek region. The next region covered will be Belgium in 2014Q1. New York State will be available in 2014Q3 .
