About company

The idea for AppleCrossing came while our founder (James) and his good friend were throwing around business ideas over beers. James has a background in both technology and insurance which has helped him develop the business model and bring on the right people. AppleCrossing started as a small online retail store specializing in the resale of quality used Apple iPads, iPhones, and iPods. Over time it became apparent that in order to better support our customers, it was important to offer refurbishment and repair services too – thus was born AppleCrossing Repair Services. Over time, AppleCrossing has continued to evolve. Now we offer repair services for MacBooks and iMacs.
