About company

ANSM is a public establishment that offers safe, effective, and innovative health products. On 2012, it replaced the French Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (Afssaps), from which it took over the missions, rights, and obligations. ANSM's missions are to provide equitable access to innovation for all patients and guarantee the safety of health products throughout their life cycle, from initial tests to monitoring after authorization to market.
