Angel Care Healing Touch Judy Meinen, RN, is a Healing Touch Practitioner, Reiki Master and Teacher, Certified Angel Therapy Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist. She studied Angel Therapy under Dr. Doreen Virtue. Ms. Meinen also is contracted by a local managed care provider and is available for presentations, workshops, and Reiki classes.
