Andover Games creates and distributes game applications on current smartphone and other mobile platforms, namely iOS and Android, as well as future competing smartphone platforms. In March 2012, Andover Games merged with Ascend Acquisition Corp. The valuation of Andover Games was $4 million. As a result of the transaction, Andover Games has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ascend Acquisition and will continue as its operating subsidiary.
