Arab Moltaqa Investments Company (AMIC) is an Egyptian joint stock company, established under Law No. 230 of 1989, by the decision of Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade No. 2 of 1990, in January 4, 1990 and was amended to Law No.95 of 1992 and its implementing regulations in June 1997. Arab Moltaqa Investments Company shares have been trading on the Egyptian Exchange under the symbol AMIA.CA since 1995.
