Alpheon was founded in 2008 to lower corporate energy costs. This is achieved using smart decentralised energy solutions, on-site renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. These are combined with external project finance if required and outsourced asset operation services. The first operation began in the Netherlands in 2008; Belgium was added in 2010; and the UK in 2011.
