ALLIED HOTEL PROPERTIES INC. (AHPI or “Allied Hotels”) is a Canadian hotel company involved in the ownership, development and management of hotels in major Canadian urban centres. The Company was formed in 1998 to amalgamate the hotel interests of parent company, Allied Holdings Ltd - a Canadian real estate investment and development company that has owned and developed commercial and residential real estate since its establishment in 1968.
