All personalized jewelry products are custom made-to-order items and take 7 business days from the day you order before 5PM CST to complete. Please allow an extra week for the new diamond accent monograms. Once completed, your item will be shipped according to your selected shipping method. Note: Shipping is only done on business days (Monday-Friday). Jewelry is custom made-to-order and is final sale only. We will repair or replace any pieces that are flawed due to a manufacturing error/defect to ensure your satisfaction. Holiday Orders: Need personalized jewelry by Mother's Day? Order Mom's personalized jewelry by April 24th to receive before Mother's Day with Ground Shipping. Shipping method is up to the customer and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
