Louis Alexandre Raimon, or Prince de la coiffure as he was most famously known as, was a French style icon of the 20th century, who devoted his life work to beauty, excellence in hairdressing and custom made hair accessories. He worked closely and collaborated with all the old masters of French Haute Couture like Coco Chanel, Yves Saint-Laurent, Hubert Givenchy, and Christian Dior amongst many others. Like them he and his hand crafted hair jewels became an embodiment of French Style and was a personal favorite of many leading ladies.
