Albacom has built up an enviable reputation as a supplier of highly advanced products into demanding military applications in the international defence markets. Its heritage is based on technology products developed when the company was a division of Ferranti, which was acquired by Albacom when it completed a Management Buyout in 1990. The company enjoys being a single source of supply for the majority of its products, which are often designed by Albacom at the early stages of the customer’s programme.
