The Company's shares were listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") on November 19, 2007. The Company is an investment holding company. The Group is principally engaged in the credit guarantee and investment business in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), and exporting business.
