AgriBioFuels is a production and supply of renewable fuels to the United States domestic energy market. The company’s first venture is the construction of a biodiesel production facility in Dayton, Texas, that is targeted for start-up in January, 2007. The plant will initially produce 20 million gallons of biodiesel per year, and is designed to allow expansion to 40 million gallons of biodiesel per year.
