Recruiters then decide if they want to work for the fee on offer. It's simple, quick and controlled recruitment, which eliminates many of the usual inconveniences associated with this sector. The great thing is that employers aren't charged for posting vacancies, so if they don't find a suitable candidate, it's cost nothing at all!
