AgreeYourFee is a recruitment marketplace based around free advertising. Employers post vacancies and in addition publish the total fee they will pay a recruiter to fill the role. Recruiters then decide if they want to work for the fee on offer. It's simple, quick and controlled recruitment, which eliminates many of the usual inconveniences associated with this sector. The great thing is that employers aren't charged for posting vacancies, so if they don't find a suitable candidate, it's cost nothing at all!
