Againn is an online card-free common loyalty service allowing users to earn and redeem reward points across multiple stores. It gets into a revenue-sharing model with merchants, wherein it charge a small percentage of transaction amount done through Againn. The charges differ substantially between earn and redemption cycles and are also based on the industry segment of the merchant partner. Againn does not charge any setup or subscription fees. Againn’s aim is to enable retailers to serve each and every customer better by treating each customer individually and differently. It was launched in 2012 and is based in Bangalore.
