The African Innovation Foundation's (AIF) areas of activity encompass programs and projects in the fields of: Innovation & access to technologies Governance Education & culture Health The foundation seeks to establish cooperation between institutions, investors and scientists to promote technological innovation. AIF promotes transparent processes and procedures within the public sector to increase public funding for technology and electronic infrastructure within Africa. The African Innovation Foundation is based in Zurich. It is neutral in terms of ideology, politics and religious affiliations, and is regulated by the Swiss Federal Supervisory Board for Foundations.
