Africa Leading Edge Limited is into real estate development of affordable homes with technology to cool the houses using Insulated concrete forms (ICF); thereby saving the home owners 60-70% the electricity bills. Our goal is to seek funding for $280,000 to purchase land and build various gated communities using our technology -ICF. It is the plan to build across West Africa starting from Ghana. We will add solar energy later on to light up the houses by using the abundance of the sunshine in Africa. We will employ young brilliant Africans from polytechnic who will research the products and improve on them. Our company is a start up and well prefer equity investment.
