AffectSense develops a platform that understands emotions of users. Its software operates with a vision of understanding, characterizing and predicting people's emotions and helps third party companies to know their users' emotional state in real time and adapt their products or services accordingly. AffectSense began operation in 2012. Its headquarters is in San Francisco in California.
