Acousterr is a website for music learners founded in Nov, 2017 by Nischey Grover (Alumnus IIT Roorkee) and Rashmi Chaurasiya (Doctoral Researcher).The USP of this website is its tab maker application which not only allows users to create tabs easily but plays out the tunes too. It solves the fundamental problem with guitar tabs available online - knowing which tab is correct without having to play them on guitar. It has a growing repository of tabs contributed by the users of this community. Ear training tool is another distinctive feature of Acousterr for training your ears and learning fret board positions of notes. Acousterr organizes online music contests that enable participants to compete and win handsome prize money.
