AbleNook's structure is an emergency modular living unit comprised of interlocking components which can be assembled by unskilled laborers in a short period of time and are made up of contents that are shipped flat-packed in order to maximize the number of families who are helped in disaster areas, while reducing transportation costs and waste, allowing disaster rescue teams to deliver prefab modular dwelling places for disaster relief in about two hours without any tools and no skilled labor and can be deployed on an uneven terrain.
