Asian & Hispanic Trading and Consulting was established as a woman and minority-owned small business enterprise in New York City that provides a convenient source of supplies and equipment for large corporate offices operating in the New York City area and its environs. It was established in 1993, and its services were highly accessible and convenient, prompt and efficient and warm and personal. With that, the business grew and kept its loyal following, over the years, from a good number of leading construction companies among its other regular customers. Its goal is to keep its strong position in the market and step up its operations as an active provider of office supplies, furniture and fixtures and equipment, and specialty products. In line with its goal, and to allow for the expansion in its operations and its organizational setup, the company changed its form of business organization from the partnership that it was when it was founded in 1993, to a corporation recently, in January 2016.
