The Group was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited with principal business of magazine publishing on 8 January 2002.Hong Bridge Capital Limited became the new controlling shareholder of the Group on 16 October 2007 by subscribing the new issued shares and convertible notes of the Group, and changed the Company name to “Honbridge Holdings Limited”. Since then, it has introduced two of the Fortune Global 500 companies - Geely Holding Group and Shagang Group as significant shareholders.At present, the Group is developing in both new energy and resources field.
