Initially 360degree.it was developed to meet the need for an online 360 degree evaluation tool that allows delegates from different CPD programmes to assess their areas of strength and identify areas that require improvement. Administrators are able to see an overview of delegates in each wave of their programmes, allowing them to provide assistance to those who needed help in completing parts of the online tool. 360degree.it is covered by the same quality standards and project methodologies which have been employed at Netready for over 12 years.
