21Cake Food Co., Ltd. is the founder of 21Cake (廿一客), an e-commerce website offering cakes. It integrates business processes from food research, development, production, marketing, to delivery. It is a cake brand founded by 21Cake Food Co., Ltd. in May, 2004. Upto now, 21cake has established telephone ordering service centers in three big cities, Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. It independently owns a factory with 15,000 square meters, 300 senior masters, a private delivery team with more than 200 personnel, and over 30 customer service personnel.
