Gordon is amazing. I brought my 2 external drives to him and he quickly analyzed the situation. Literally, a week later he restored my external drive, even though a couple of other people told me it was a write off. Pleasant way to bring in the New Year. He is very knowledgeable and has a humorous and down-to-earth personality. Glad I came here, plus he does the job at a better rate than others. Also, he loaned me an external drive where my data was stored, until I could back it up on the cloud. Really great and honest guy. Highly recommended.

Had lost a LOT of data when my Dell laptop decided suddenly that it no longer wanted to turn on and the hard drive didn't want to be searched. I had irreplaceable family pictures on it - and I'd lost the original ones. It took a week but I got access to EVERYTHING! Thanks so very much!

Gordon was able to retrieve 95% (99% in my opinion because I take multiple photos of 1 subject) of my data. He gave me a detailed report on what happened to my hard drive, how he will retrieve it, how long it will take, and the estimate of how much it will cost me. Although the quote is still high for me (because I am starting out in my career and this is not something that I normally deal with), the quote is still lower compared to other data recovery shops. He gave me updates on the status of my data recovery and there were no hidden fees that got added on my final price. Overall, Gordon is professional and great at what he does!

Can't say enough about this service. My hard drive was not just corrupted it was damaged. Gordon was able to retrieve a great deal of data at a much more reasonable price than the big companies quote. It took many weeks but he was patient and determined and kept be updated. Highly recommend.

I received the hard drive yesterday-- what a surprise that Fixsys Inc. technician was able to recover all of the data on the drive! I was expecting to get back the data only on my listed targeted folders. I'm so glad to have all of my data back! 100%! I have gone through it and all looks great so far.

I can't be more happy today. Fixsys and most specifically Gordon were able to recover all the photos on my external hard drive after I damaged my drive. I am overwhelmed how quickly the work was done to bring back my memories of my girls for me. There aren't enough words. Service is by far amazing and really educated me throughout the process. Gordon was great to deal with. Very professional and advanced knowledge about data recovery. He was very up front about all the costs and risks. My harddrive was recovered fully!
