This is the worst bank definitely, whaste of time of...

This is the worst bank definitely, what a waste of time and effort. They got costumer service, but only in their ‘text book manual’, which act like very poor boot as they informing you how should be their service performed not how it is in reality…Heloo I got real problem hence my call… when you want to complain you get a switchboard which automatically transfer to number ‘security of the bank as in building guard security’ very helpful. When you write to to contact email, they send email back to inform you all the answers are online, when you write again same respond … this must be a super ghost bank, difficult to trust them that any one who got switch board does not work just call diverting ..,stay away if you can, not to mention constant monthly charges with out any explanation….this bank does not know a from buisness banking
