They have nothing to offer during the winter period so if you lose your job.
Don t waste your time asking them for a new offer because they wont even call you and tell you what your situation is like if you re still looking for a job the only thing they do is offer you a job with a three month waiting list.
I recommend employment agencies because they pay on time and s no problem with any advance payment if you need it.
But
I dont recommend it to people who are looking for a job in the winter because they dont support you in any way they pretend that everything is all right and they wont contact you so prepare your wallet for hotels because you ve been abandoned
