Wish I could give a negative rating.
Had ordered a christmas outfit for my grandson in November. Was told that it would be delivered in about 10 days time. After two weeks no response. Tried calling but very difficult to get through. Finally told it would be delivered on 26th. What is the use of delivery after Christmas. Outfit cannot be used next year as it is customized with name etc. Horrible customer service.
