We regret hiring Drew Richards. Our experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about professionalism and ethics. After paying substantial fees, we received little to no meaningful communication or progress on our case. He also ignored important deadlines.
Drew takes advantage of clients who may not be familiar with legal processes, offering vague promises but failing to deliver competent service. In our opinion, his conduct bordered on negligent and unprofessional.
We strongly urge anyone considering Drew Richards to research thoroughly, and seek a second opinion before investing time or money here. Clients deserve transparency and accountability, qualities we found sorely lacking in this firm’s practice.
