products are good but geez iv"e had some order issues
well i ordered a wild boar ham on the 26/11/25 along with 2 salamis all paid for,i was then told they had run out of the 2.5kg hams and would i like 2 smaller ones(in hindsight i wish i had taken them) i said i wanted a larger one for xmas,anyway we decided i would wait till the larger hams came in.THEN i get an email saying my delivery was on it"s way,when delivered it was a simply fresh box,no i don"t know how,so i deliver the simply fresh box to the right address.Then after numerous emails i am told it will be delivered today 22/12/25 with a few extras which i appreciated,BUT i get the delivery,and STILL NO BLOODY HAM.FFS it can:t be this hard and i have already paid for it. HAVING NOW HAD DISCUSSIONS WITH STAFF WE HAVE SORTED OUT SOMETHING ALTHOUGH I GOT NO HAM I AM HAPPY WITH THEY:RE EFFORTS
