Unethical behavior
I have worked with Michael Saunders for several real estate purchases. The agent was Linwood Dunn. I recently contact Mr. Dunn to discuss the condo I had for sale and lack of viewings.
As I started the phone conversation, Mr. Dunn proceeded to scream at me that he hated me, I was an evil person and I was single because no man would want a person an awful as me. After his rant he hung up.
No one should be treated in this manner. It is unethical, unprofessional and scary. I have every right to inquire about how my listing is being handled.
I have contacted Michael Saunders but other than the person I spoke with saying she spoke with Mr. Dunn and he does not agree with my account and that she was not there, I am not sure anything will be done.
No one should be subject to a verbal assault.
