I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. My website was built from scratch, yet the only aspect that seemed to be taken seriously was the collection of payments.
On multiple occasions, the server crashed and my website went completely offline. During those outages, I lost potential clients due to the site being unavailable. When I reached out for support, the only response was a request for additional payment to renew services for the upcoming year—despite the ongoing reliability issues.
While they strongly encouraged me to remain with the services, it has proven to be inconsistent and unreliable. There have been too many unforeseen technical issues, and I no longer feel confident continuing any business relationship with them.
At this point, I have decided to move my website to Wix, where I can manage and update my content independently without concern over server downtime, aggressive renewal requests, or service interruptions.
