Sorely behind on technology - can’t sign up on portal and support won’t call
For 3 months I can not sign into their portal. It says I have an account, but I never receive the SMS or email codes to do the initial sign in. I get all kinds of other text and emails from Express using same number and address. Three times I contacted support - 3 times they call and say someone will reach out to me - and THREE times no one calls back. So I’m done trying - now moving my business to a competitor.
