They took over two hours for the exam and eyeglass...
They took over two hours for the exam and eyeglass selection plus they kept trying to upsell me with more expensive glasses. They took over a month to get me my new glasses, and I had to call them to find out that they were in. Once I received my new glasses, I found that the prescription was wrong. I went to go get them replaced only to get a big run around from the store manager, Lisa Devries, and just decided to get my money back. I asked if I could get any extra for my wasted time, the answer was no. Now I have to still get new glasses someplace else over a month later with no recompense for my time. Do yourself a favor, just don't go here.
