I have been a member of Navy Blvd. Caliber Carwash...

I have been a member of Navy Blvd. Caliber Carwash for over seven months with two memberships. I have spoken highly about this carwash for their service and outstanding staff. During my time with Caliber Carwash, I made friends with almost all of the staff members and we were all respectful to one another with no indication something was ever wrong between us. However, I found out today that one staff member who seem to be my friend turned out to be opposite. Being a retired military war veteran with 22 years of service to my country and a married Christian man, I am always polite and respectful to everyone I meet because I feel that is what God wants me to be. But no matter how nice and kind you are to some people, someone will find your actions to be inappropriate in their eyes, which is what happened to me with one of the staff members. This employee never said or indicated anything to me that any of my actions (while I was getting my car washed) made her feel uncomfortable. The only thing I could have possibly have done wrong was one time I was looking for this employee to tell her something (since she was the on-duty manager) and another employee said she was in the back washing towels. I knocked on the door but did not get a response, so I opened the door and saw her next to the washing machine and I yelled at her to get her attention, but she did not hear me. I figured that since we were on good friendly terms, that it would be okay for me to enter the room and talk to her. When I did, she did not indicate that I was doing anything wrong and spoke to me in a friendly way. After speaking with her, I left the carwash as I always do by respectfully saying good-bye to the employees. So, instead of saying something to me about entering the room, she complained to her manager and he canceled my membership without getting my side or giving me any warning. He basically made me feel like I was a bad person who made his staff feel uncomfortable. I found this manager's action to be unacceptable because I was always polite and respectful to him and he knew how friendly I was with his staff. Like I said, I was friendly with all the staff members that I met during the seven months of my membership and his staff knew me very well. There was never a time that I washed my car at this carwash, that I didn't have a friendly conversation with a staff member and thank him or her for their outstanding service. I just cannot figure out why if I was doing anything that made someone feel was inappropriate, why wasn't anything said to me earlier, rather than wait seven months to cancel my membership without any warning. All this manager did was stop a good paying customer (who praised his car wash and was very respectful to all of his staff) from using his carwash. So my advice to anyone using this car wash on Navy Blvd., don't be kind or nice to the staff or be friends with them, because it will just hurt you in the long run and have your membership canceled without any due process.
