I work in the appliance repair business and frequently visit their greater Vancouver store fronts especially Cloverdale.
I have always had a very good experience shopping here and the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional, especially Rob at the Cloverdale outlet whos knowledge and advice has been of great benefit and is something I can appreciate.
I know that his answers to any appliance related questions will be answered with useful information which is very very difficult to find these days and he and the rest of your staff are a benefit to the business.
