Not a good experience with Dr. Robinson or billing.
Not a good experience with Dr. Robinson. He was not good or gentle with Novocain on my 8yr old. He also did not do good work on a front tooth. My son needed restorative fillings on his front teeth due to enamel hypoplasia. One of his teeth were done in Medford and it was done correctly and gently but we scheduled the other one at the Ashland location because Medford location was constantly being over booked and they were supposed to do both teeth up there but didn't have time, so we went with the less busy location of Ashland. Dr. Robinson didn't match the enamel and use the same technic as Dr. Call in Medford so naturally my son's teeth don't match now. Dr. Robinson did not do a good job filling and smoothing my son's front tooth so it has pits in it and will need more treatment.
They have continued to bill me for services my insurance paid for, we have 100% coverage with our High Option plan with BCBS FEP dental. They will not return my calls and are sending threatening text and letters to me to pay or go to collections and have added late fees. I do not owe them and in fact they owe me $27 they had me pay for a co-payment even though we don't have a co-payment with our insurance plan. Super disappointing and my two children will never be going back there.
